Garlett and Hartlett harsh omissions in my opinion, not complaining with the Ins however.

You can't be serious ... Fisher ahead of Austin and Hartlett? :banghead:

So has Fev ended Carlos career? Any news on his injury?

From the CFC site.

3 changes

Scotland, Bower and Yarren in

Hartlett, Armfield and Garlett out.

Not too disappointed about those changes, although I would have LOVED for Carlos to come in for Fisher. Yarren for Garlett is like for like (lets just hope that Yarren runs and tackles), Bower for Hartlett is an obvious choice and Scotland deserved a call up. Armfield is unlucky but it's prob about time he got dropped for a game or 2.

It's a shame that Garlett had to make way for Yarran. Would've liked to see them both in. I agree that Hartlett's ommission is a bit harsh too.
Also disappointed that Carlos didn't get up, but glad to see that Scotland got the nod ahead of Stevens.

Setant obviously still not right.

Obviously Stevo didn't train the house down as Ratts said that whether scotto and stevo come back in may depend on how they train...

After Fishers efforts last week I'd have played Hartlett and either had Adam or Thornton at CHF.

At least Bentley is moving in the right direction... Named on the ground last week, bench this week..... Next week......???? ;)

Good ins for us but why o why is fisher still in our line-up.
Surely hartlett deserves a go in the forward set up doesnt he?
Great to see bower and snot back in giving us some run!
so pumped about this game.

..interesting.. ..not sure about the selections, yaz for garlett on paper superficially looks a like for like swap, i'm not sure.. ..Garlett's got real urgency and sprints both ways, good around alot of stoppages, Yaz will need to work harder than he has before.. ..but he needs to anyway so i guess if he plays better it might be a like for like afterall, but he needs to harrass and chase as much as garlett, betts needs help up there.. ..i thought Harts switch play was good in the v.windy conditions, fairly accurate and long range passes, would have come in handy against all the stoppages and big numbers around the action that the swines employ.. ..army might need a rest/break.. ..either way, he's still new'ish and has shown he can play at this level.. ..scotland will play a better game.. ..good to see bower is again, he'll also provide run and carry.. ..not sure how bentley stays in, browne's a better choice i reckon.. ..santy for fisher makes good sense, he mustn't be right yet [bloody fev].. ..though i'd have considered keeping harts and dumping fish..

someone hear or somewhere spoke about Jamo and his appendix this week.
Surely if it's an issue, he's a late omission.

And if this is knowledge around these parts then surely other clubs know about it.

Fisher is only playing because we don't have another big forward marking option. When Setanta is fit fisher is gone.

Hartlett has been playing defense in the ressies hasn't shown nothing as a forward.

If that is the case, you'd assume Hartlett would come back in for Jamison..?

Hartlett only needs 1 kick, 1 mark, 1 goal and a tackle to match Fishers output.
