I'll bet my house that Murphy lines up in their fwd line.

We'll be seeing a forward line of Yarran Fev Betts with Houla Kruez Garlett across half forward.

If the ball comes forward of centre Freo better look the F... out

With a glorious fine Perth day forecast the Navy Blues will kick 20 goals

Sit back and enjoy the show.

Hollywood 43, dont put to much on Freo this week. Just a heads up for ya.

Sadly we're wearing yellow

IIRC, the yellow jumper is a joint Live Strong/Peter Mac fund raiser.

There are 17 of those 22 who should wear yellow for the rest of the year IMO...

To even consider that Russell is a better option than either Scotland or Browne is really wierd stuff .
Not sure what they call it these days , but a few years ago it was called " [edit]" .

Armfield, Hammer, Yarran and Johnson for mine. If I see Cloke and Bentley

Agree with that bench, and wouldn't be surprised to see Armfield get a spell in favour of Anderson. If Johnson plays down back I will be extremely disappointed.

We really do lack depth when you look at the inclusions. We're including Garlett and Yarran who are not in jaw dropping form with the Ants, but glad they're in.

Yeah Bentley has been in form and so has Ellard and a few weeks back Anderson had about 6 good games in a row.

Cloke...surely not needed when we have Hammer and Kreuzer who can have a shot at the FP.

Really surprised about Scotto. Yeah he looked slow last week, but I think that had something to do with the game plan Essendon* were playing and the game plan we were not playing.

Not unhappy. Interesting. Ratts has shown a set of balls with the ommissions of Stevens VC and Scotto.

I guess that's the end of Bannister. Please not Johnson, Cloke and Bentley.

We really need Walker, Bower and Warnock in that team because we do lack depth.

Agree. Our defence looks very suspect to me. Our mids will have to do something they havent done this year as yet..and that is to play 4 quarters to try and reduce the supply into their fwd 50. Even without Pavlich they can still kick a big score if the ball comes in easily.

My point is why name Cloke and Bentley? They surely will not play. Name Harlett even if he isnt going to get picked to give the guy some encouragement...Cloke and Bentley are deadwood. They are VFL players at their very best.

If he needs his name in print to feel encouraged then we're in trouble. I reckon Harts knows where he's at in terms of senior selection, and would have been told to his face by one of his Coaches. The days of finding out you're dropped/selected/encouraged by reading it in the paper are gone.

Nothing wrong at the club according to many...yet the MC and coach have gone into panic mode and axed what Mike Sheahan told them to with the exception of Houlihan who must be on the last of his nine lives. Scotland is unlucky.
Browne is a kid and while ordinary vs Essendon* should have been given a chance to redeem himself on home soil..

Lets hope Yarran plays and I like the inclusion of Garlett lets hope duds like Bentley, Johnson etc dont make the team.....Anderson might at least give us a contest.

If we cant beat Freo without Pavlich the coach then we are going backwards....

I just hope this isnt a media pleasing exercise and a one off to show Ratten has a hard edge and its a genuine attempt at discipline and strong authority.....However I'm leaning towards the former....

Browne and Scotland stiff IMO.
Houlihan lucky.
Hopefully Cloke and Bentley don't make the final cut.

You'll probably find that it is, as most of what Ratts does is re-active.

My version..

The media wielded the axe early in the week with I think it was Mike Sheahan suggesting Brett Ratten was under pressure and the MC and Ratten did what Mike told them including the same players he mentioned.
My point ..is it a one off or will Ratten continue to show the same authority or is it only when the media ie Sheahan tell him to....

The club should be wearing yellow and navy jumpers to match the Richmond-esque attitude of their supporters...

Negativity because the opinion differs to yours? I could easily call it reality and not negativity. I'd love the reality to be us playing consistently as a team with a passion for the jumper. Give me that win or lose and I'll jump on your bandwagon...
