Just got the update on my Facebook page from Carlton FC that Simmo has signed a 2 year contract extension till the end of 2011. Great news!

Good news.
2 years is a good length of contractual time as it allows for a more constant review of the player by the club and gives the player more opportunity with free agency around the corner.
