Happy with that, bit unlucky for Austin but I'm sure he'll have more opportunitys in the future.

Bit off topic, Does anyone know if Walker is still on track for R15?

Can't defend the JR decision, could see it coming the past few weeks.

Can't believe Aussie was dropped, TWICE :banghead:

Austin is coming along nicely, but there is a bullying strength in Setant that we really need right now...and you still(well I do..)get the feeling he could end up being brilliant.I'm sure if Carazz and or Grigg are underdone,he'll be back, and also, will probably be interspersed with Browne and Armfield.
 ps.Hope the person who is a little bitter about JR being out..and blames the media??errr.I think we decided this over many, many weeks...and I concede..he's not that bad..but I think the point is..he's just not that good.Anyway..I did my best to do you a singing from the rooftops post above.
Lets just win!!!!

I hope Ratts hasn't worried too much about taking an experienced team interstae and in the process taken too many underdone players.

In a way Robinson has been doubly punished.

If he had copped the one week suspension, his slate would be clean. He would have missed a week of footy though.

Now he has 93 points hanging over his head and will be gone next time, but at least he gets an extra week of footy at a decent level.

Shame for Aussie ...hope he's back soon.

I've got a feeling the boys will be very switched on for this game. Just hoping for good skills and clear thinking and we'll beat them.

Harsh on Austin, but the team did need to be re-balanced height-wise.

Army lucky, Ando unlucky , but he had similar players coming in ahead of him.

Looks like Setanta may spend some time on Brown.

The ins add maturity and strength to our midfield rotations. It's a good thing.

I hope Grigg can get into form quickly - a powerful young player with pace grunt and long kicking

Austin is unlucky... but very happy with the ins all the same. definitely am not anti Russell, but he's had a good run at it, and we need to see if someone else can do his role better. Blues by 24 points

I want to see Russell succeed as much as the next guy (which judging by the posts here isn't that much) [edit]

Finally, Finally, Finally gone for a bit of run from defence and a lot more ball winning ability.

Disappointed Austin out, would of dropped Setanta instead as they can both play fwd or back and Aussie is the future.

Disappointed Grigg in ahead of Anderson or even Bannister. Form obviously doesn't mean much and Grigg looks short of a run.

Having said that one of the more balanced sides we have picked all year.

I'll bring the party pies.

Or should that be party filth?

If Army is needed against anyone - it's Brisbane...may well get Hooper. Joey took a bit longer to recover from the weekend so didn't get a full week on the track (corky). Wouldn't be too surprised if Grigga doesn't get too many touches forward of centre, and if Carrots gets touches at all...I'm still not convinced that hand is right, but seems a likely match-up for Adcock or Drummond to curb their rebounding.
