WIN.....SYDNEY SWANS
WIN.....COLLINGWOOD...bunny.... Warnock plays, Kreuzer CHF
WIN.....NORTH MELBOURNE........tough game, we owe them...knock them out of finals race
LOSS....GEELONG....never know it's a finals practise game...players hungry. Match up well.......Walker plays
WIN......PORT ADELAIDE in SA.......learned a lot about the ground from the Crows game.
WIN......MELBOURNE....full trial for finals unleashed
WIN......ADELAIDE Redemption at home. Finals rehearsal

Probably beat Saints and Cats and lose against Demons, Tigers and Freo

We finish 4th with 13 wins or 12 wins and greater percentage.

WE know we should be 3rd now barring some tactical and form issues in the forwardline which are now gone.

Me thinks Bondi has been on te piss at the Beach Road all afternoon!!!!

Me knows that Bondi was at the Beach rd for a couple with a few AFL, rugby and league followers. Half a dozen of them saw the Blues on Friday night and thought they were awesome and fast moving....convincing them that we are a better chance of making the 8 than the Swans, Port, Pies, Kangas, Bombers...with our biggest challenge coming from Crows (watching them live on the screen at the time), Hawks, Lions.

Well that's how some non Carlton people view the 2009 season.

Another thing they pointed out was taking control of the game in the 4th when WCE looked to be coming back.

Last point made was that Crlton probably get themselves up for the big games, and may beat Saints and West Coast, but drop a couple of gimme games.

Personally, I think anything can happen, and we are playing for 4th position next weekend. If we step up a little from last week, I think we can get over the line in this very very even season.

Final 8? Final 4? Why not?

We have just as much chance as the other 9 teams vying for the opportunity to get a spot between 4th and 8th.

On the flipside...well there's always a place we don't want to be.....and I hope the players are shit scared of going there.

Well written BB, I like it.

Injuries the key for us as we don't bat very low and we need some consistency in the side. Don't forget Sauce! Will add to structure and allow Kruezer forward. Warnock may take a while.

The inclusion of a fit Walker, Carrazzo, Scotland, Sauce/Warnock, Grigg, Bannister plus the improvement of guys such as Browne, Anderson, Austin, Hampson, Robinson, Jamison, Bower, Armfield should ensure we are playing better later in the season.

The bonus is that our kids should get better and better with more game time. A bit of momentum and anything can happen.

Consistency across the field is the key for us.

If we can play one or two finals this year the benefits will be massive for our players.

The main difference this year is that there are probably only 3 or 4 teams that are a danger of smashing us as opposed to previous years when it was 10 teams
