Well JK's rumour is all over other forums and even 3AW. I'm tipping a few boys will be firing on all cylinders Sunday if the article comes out.

I was told about it on Monday and actually PM'd a few people about it.

As I said in other posts there is a culture problem at the moment that is about to hit the fan.

MC drop a top 10 player and pick an out of form player ranked outside top 10 at CHF. Go figure.

Fisher is too slow and falls over too much.....bad kick too. Average in the twos...what's the message?
Cloke will be dropped because it's a wet game (yeah right) Where's the message?
Wiggler at CHF, and badly out of form. Where's the message?

WE better belt these Pies this week, and I hope for the MC's crdibility everyone selected has a red hot game. or the MC will truly have egg on their face.

In my books this week takes the cake. No guts at all from the MC.

The MC, although privy to more information than me and have their reasons for their actions (right or wrong).

Me, privy to common sense suggests the MC are going the wrong way about it and look like hypocrites. They have cost us a couple of games with their choices to date.

Yarran better be playing.
Hampson better be playing
Totally agree Bondi. The MC (who are they apart from Ratts and Icke?) have much to answer for this year. I cant believe they didn`t replace Cloke with Hartlett. Cloke has been a liability the last 3 weeks and Hartlett`s form seems to warrant consideration at the very least.
Wiggins CHF ?He should have been an omission.
The message coming from the MC is that things are ok we are just a bit unlucky.

Not as silly as it sounds aramari.
At least Stevo wouldn't sook off or abuse a first gamer.

The culture problem has been swept under the carpet by a club that is in the thrall of an overgrown toddler. Pathetic. It's only been happening for 10 years. But where would we be without him? Hmm, we've gone nowhere with him too. He turns up on Footy Classified like a choirboy then pisses on a lot of hardworking people at the club. Over-indulged, over-paid, over it.

Budsy, can Stevens take a mark under any sort of pressure?
How's his snapshots for goal?
Does he have body strength on the ground or in the air?
How's his agility, explosiveness and leap?

I'm not saying he couldn't spend some time in the forward line, as Judd does (to middling effect), but to be the focal point of attack? No way in the world. Not many have the strength, pace and agility to play as Johnson does - now there's an elite player (getting on, but still handy).

Ah yes, that is clear. What I'm unclear on is the assumption that Stevo wouldn't do the same thing.

Lots of cover there if Fev isn't right.

It's a good point, there is a lot of talent if Fev isn't right. I personally don't think Fevva needs to be 'on' every week, he just needs to know how to play when he isn't. Sometimes they aren't clunking in like they should, but Fev doesn't accept this and keeps running the same lines and ordering the forward line around, waiting until they do. Take a guy like Lloyd who is not 'on' most weeks, he starts to get up the ground and leaves the fwd 50 for a few others to have a crack. People aren't critical of Fev because of a goaless game, they're critical of him for goaless games that include back to back 50m penalties and team-mate sprays.

If he can help get a few of those guys into the game with some long leads and dummy runs, we wont seem one dimensional and he wont be on the end of 'trade the prick!' discussions every second week

I'm with you.

I would have preferred Fraser, Cloke and Rocca playing.

..aside from Anthony, their forward ins would surely be underdone.. ..and as much as we think Fraser is b-grade, he's still their best ruck, with the most experience with their mids.. ..if we dont romp it in the ruck, and if our midfield doesn't dominate.. ..we'll need a royal commission..

..as for Rocca, yeah.. ..will he be back even??.. ....Cloke's been down on form, but it helps us that he's out.. ..Didak out cramps their style definately.. ..on paper, we'll have the much stronger team, but as said the pies could come out fightin' tooth and nail.... ..or, we could blow them away like we did the tiges in round 1.. ..personally i think our team feels more humiliated by the way they played last weekend (or should!!),, and they should be doubly fired up as the pies will be..

Yeah, what I meant is with Pies carrying injuries, it would have been prefereable for them to play with injury instead of a young fit kid raring to go.

how can you compare wiggins to houlihan

yes wiggins is out of form but we have had limited choices in replacements for his position

we have more choices in houlas roles and therfore he was dropped for whatever reason

houla may have been harshly done

but you cant compare the 2

apples and oranges

I'm not comparing them, I'm letting the stats do the talking.

I reckon whatever that lead up role Wiggins is supposed to be playing Houla would be better.

But that's neither here or there now, because the MC have picked Wiggo at CHF; I truly hope it works out for him. I can't see him being retained if he has one more shocker; win or lose.

But then again the MC have been strange this year. Saying this and doing that. :?

Put Judd in the goalsquare.

He would kick a 100 goals a season.

We have plenty of midfielders.

We don't need Judd in the guts.

We need him kicking goals.

It is a debate on if Fev Fails again, whom from our oversupplied midfield, should move forward to kick goals.

Because we are like a couple of ships.

One - the midfield ship - is full to pussys bow.

One - the forward ship - is virtually empty.

Judd is the man.

1 possession in the forward 50 is worth 5 across the centre.

I don't think Judd is comfortable taking marks overhead with arms outstretched.

Besides, we already rely on Judd to get the ball out, and to deliver to the forward line.
