He turned the ball over with hand and foot way too much for a vice captain. He never picks up his player and won't run and tackle.

No but time to definitely reassess where we are at and wonder if bold proclamations were right for this year. I hope those in charge didn't get ahead of themselves. To me, it seemed like the football world put unrealistic expectations on us and we followed suit because we feared what would happen if we didn't try to make a huge impression.

We have to face it - some of those players just don't have toughness in them, either physically, mentally or both.

We'll just have to find the best way to utilize some of them and move the other ones on.

It is not there fault, that is just the type of footballers they are. We need more intestinal fortitude but we can only afford to do it subtly.
