We have too many players whose skills and composure fall away significantly when pressure is applied; these players just simply aren't good enough, and frankly, our list is a lot further away from top four readiness than many suspected.

Time to make some tough calls on a few blokes who have been regular fixtures during recent years. Buggered if I know who to replace them with, though...
