Alot of that StKilda backline is really average but the gameplan is their glue.

StKilda are about 3 years ahead of us in terms of development. Most of their group fall into that 24-28 year/100 + games bracket. If you are comparing them to us you have rocks in your head.

They have some good players and alot of average players.

Cazzesman it is a boys club by sheer weight of numbers.

You cant have that many blokes from the same background with many of them not having being involved in AFL coaching all ditting around a table at the same time.

Hey I'm happy with the current arrangements I like the boys club - your the one whose not you have been critical of Sticks and Ratts from day dot .

Two weeks solid of everyone associated with the club telling us all he saved the club and your not convinced that the management team he left behind is good enough . Cant come to terms that the old boys went to Dick and said help us and he did

Listen if the club wasnt run into the ground by Elliot/Sticks etc we wouldnt need Pratt to throw in money right???
