Good interview & nice to see the boys are confident about the Dogs game:

Quote:
Yeah we are still confident as we should have won our last 2 games except for our inaccuracy, and we haven’t been doing too much wrong other than that. We just need to tweak our game a bit and we will be competitive against them.

We beat them last year and we do match up well against them. If we can beat them, it will give us more confidence for the next few games.

Would be interesting to know if they have studied the West Coast/Bulldogs game in depth to see how the Eagles went about it.

Round 5 - Murphy for many reasons, some candy, a baulk, a mark...but his second and third quarters were pretty special:

Murphy is probably my favourite player, love the way he plays.

Godliness is very apt for the devine Mr M. However, Murphy, please grow back your hair.

You were recruited to Carlton during its dark days. With the recent passing of Richard Pratt, can you reflect on how different the club is after his reign?

Very dark days. It’s like chalk and cheese compared to today. On-field obviously we’ve improved but off the field we were really struggling. One preseason, each player needed to buy his own football for training.
