Hi guys,

Im not sure if anyone else has mentioned this in this thread, I havnt taken the time to read completley through it, but, some say we need to lose this game to gain pick 1, but its not round 22 yet, and we have Collingwood and Essendon* still to play, Have they allready been penciled in as losses ???

Both winable games IMO, we might lose the priority pick yet

Just quietly...if we beat collingwood and they don't win any other games, we could be looking at picks 2 and 5 cause they'll get a priority pick also.

I chcked the odds for this weeks game yesterday and it was 1.90 each for the Hawks and Blues. Just checked now and Hawthorn have suddenly come into 1.65 and Carlton 2.10. Seeems the bookmakers might know that French or Fev might not play. Mitchell is doubtful but perhaps he will after all.

The Hawks must be looking back and asking "What the hell were we thinking winning that one?"

I wish I could follow a normal team for once.

Why did I pick the weird one?

Following Carlton really does feel weird. We value losing, it really is a weird feeling.

This thread goes to show that it has been a very long and painful punishment delivered to us by the AFL. Carlton supporters have been forced to behave this way and what have we done wrong???? Nothing.

We have suffered more than any individual. My bank balance has suffered as a result of giving cash to the club. I better win this Subaru or my wife might kick me out of the house.
