It's hard being right all the time.

I left last nights game very upset about the loss and about Hirds article.It was a setup,can any of you ever remember Hird having anything good to say about us.I am sure Knights contacted him and said can you stir up the boys about Carltons fab four.I hope next time we are not conned like we were last night.We might have the next fab four or six but against weak opposition we should perform and we didnt.We have alot to learn and I believe this loss was a blessing in disguise even if it was against the Bummers .

We need to stop blaming slogans and articles that journos have written about us and accept the fact we played sh*thouse and the Bombers were better on the night.

Greg Swan and Brett Ratten knew of the James Hird article earlier on in the week and approved a request from the herald Sun for a photo shoot of the so called 'fab four' for the feature

Jason Dunstal was on radio yesterday and said there was no way the Hawks and especially Clarko would have allowed this happen at there club and i agree.

So not only should the players get the blame for getting ahead of them selves, Brett Ratten and Greg Swan should be on the receiving end of the criticism

Again this proves that Brett is a puppet and is told what to do cause i doubt any other coach would have allowed his players to take part in such a rubbish article especially when our so called fab four are no where near the four from the lions and eagles.

Every club is different. Its early days for this fab 4 so we may as well get it all done and out of the way early. Id prefer no article but i dont know what deals the club have going with sponsors or future sponsors or memberships.

I am sure the article or the slogan were not the reason we didnt tackle hard in our forward line the other night.

I think it is fair to say you dont like the slogan or articles about the blues. I am sure everyone on this site it aware of that so I reckon you dont have to bring it up anymore. Could be time to let it go.
