Tom Harley is much better in front of a camera than he is as a member of the Geelong defence, such a bastard on the field.

Great show, hopefully it keeps up the momentum built, much like the Blues.

Great show, enjoyed it more than On The Couch - no Sheahan, although Hird is insightful. @#$%&! Malthouse bores me, so McGuire-ish.

Enjoyed the Access All Areas with Robbo's parents. Boy does he look like the old man. His mum was very proud of his game

Ratts mentioned that Bower was 193 and most underestimate how tall he is.

Ratts also said he enjoyed and benefited from being the coach at Norwood versus being an assistant coach. Had a lot of empathy for the players.

Great show, now there is no need to stay up and watch Footy Classified with Larry, Moe, Curly and the other person...

I hate quarters. such a dick. he wasn't too bad tonight though. I didn't mind on the couch either. thought Hirdy was quite good. I dunno if I can handle 3 shows in a night though. Footy classified must be pissed. Not sure what they are going to be able to bring to the table that hasn't already been covered well and truely by the other two earlier shows.

Oh I dunno, contrived 'controversy', artificial agro, a bucket of non news stories, plenty of smoke being blown up Caro and Hutchy's arses by Garyy Lyon and Thomarse saying 'training services' a lot.

i know I've got the IQ set to record it... :banghead:

found this in this article:

Quote:
Captain Chris Judd missed training and a heavily-promoted TV appearance yesterday with a virus, but will train later this week and take on the Lions.

Judd was shaken by a heavy collision with teammate Eddie Betts just before quarter-time, but recovered to play a key role.

Icke said Brendan Fevola, clearly hampered by a heel injury against the Tigers, would improve again this week.

but then found this posted before news got out that judd wouldn't be on the telly on another very credible forum: http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/showthread.php?t=557214

Didn't mind the new show - thught Harley was good and very cute. Grrrrrrrrrr.

The desk was too low IMO and made the set look off a bit.

Quarters is the poor man's Gerard Healy. He and the camerman need to work out that when Quarts is looking at his notes then the camera shouldn't be on him.

Loved OTC and thought Hirdy was a great addition. I love Mike and and Gerard Healy, so the show looks fresh but still familar. Much better set than OWAAT.

MM was garbage and just talks rubbish. :donk:

When this new OneHD show was repeated at 11:30, amd I being a bit optimistic to hope that it was repeated on Channel 10's regular non-HD station?

At least I can like Canberra-boy Hirdeeeeee now. I thought he was good.

Hope it's not the flu.

Players who are sick during the week with colds/flus rarely play well on the weekend.

It's not being shown on 10, but will be shown on ch 12 which is the SD broadcast of One.

Not in Canberra. We are not important enough to be graced with the presence of One. cauliflower.

Judd isn't some normal player. In fact superstars tend to do very well with the flu, michael Jordan once scored 38 points during the finals series in a win against the jazz. Motivating stuff.

The most interesting thing I heard on OWAAT was Ratten talking about Lappin's influence on the forwards and getting them to play with more flair and back themselves in.

Certainly showed with the goals of Robinson, Betts and Murphy.

I've often wondered how much of our Fev-centricity is player based versus team rules; young kids wanting to be doing the right thing rather than backing themselves to do the job.

I'd love to have a gun CHF but in the absence of that I'd cope with a bunch of highly skilled crumbers who back themselves in when it's the best option.
