I literally bumped into Sheryl Crow at Southbank when she was in Melbourne recently. Nice Lady. Unfortunately I was carrying a copy of US Bicycling Magazine with a big picture of Lance on the front. Quelle embarassment!

Didn't realise they went back to the concept... it was certainly pre-2003. Hamill was playing for them so 2001 makes sense.
