The troops had just finished a savage early-season training session across the road from Princes Park last year and were hungry, really hungry.

Andrew Carrazzo, the unlucky one who apparently placed the order, was about to dip into the bowl and grab a handful when Chris Judd called an immediate halt.

"Stop," Judd ordered. "You don't need them.

"Take it away, please," he asked the obliging staff member.

Ahh.

I'll have fries with that... NOT!!

Reminds me of an article I read about the boys from the Demons sitting around whilst on their '99 end of season footy trip making a real commitment for 2000. Sure - not a premiership but not a bad result overall.

I also remember hearing about how Woewodin would take mini-scales to restaurants so they could measure out exact amounts for his meals! Now that's commitment!

We are sooooo gonna make the finals this year!

Did anyone else note they listed Williams as having one his Brownlow in '95?

That would probably be a very common mistake. Paul Kelly must hate that!

Too early to tell if he's the best steal ever, he's only had one year. Barass still holds the title for mine. Sure Diesel made a huge influence, but can anyone say the CFC would be what it is if not for Barassi?

If you are talking about his time purely as a player than I would say Diesel was a bigger influence. Over all though, Barassi has the nod.

i nominate our capture of prized big man ricky mott as the biggest coup the game has ever and will ever see. no one saw it coming. worked out sensationally well for both parties as ricky went on to become a CFC le...oh, wait...
