Some good signs so far. Let's hope they can keep it up.

(although would like more goals to bob up from people that aren't Fev if possible)

Impressive game by Jamo so far, only beaten in 1 contest on Hale. Hale's other two were on T-Bird and Waite.

Gibbs, Murphy, Grigg. Stevens, Simmo all dominating the midfield.

Sauce will be playing games this year in the season proper, he has probably the most natural talent as a tap ruckman (without watching much of Warnock).

Denis and Bucks were talking Johnson and Robbo up at Half-time to Braddles (on Main Event if anyone has Foxtel). Good to hear our new boys are doing well early.

Jamo had 4-5 contests on Hale which he clearly won 3. Waiting for replay now.

If Hale scores, his score should be reduced proportionally against how many cms he exceeds his direct opponent.

Yarran has rolled his right ankle on the lateral side, will be ok but has been subbed off as precaution.

Midfielders being rotated forward and not through the bench.

Blues 1 11 10 85
Roos: 0 6 3 39

Wiggins misses a sitter from North turnover.

JR delivers to Fev for another goal. The bunny has gone off to feed, Hansen now onto Fev.

Ziebel goal from good build up to North.

Hoops with polish completed a good build up by Blues for a quick reply. Robbo won a clearance to set the goal up.

Ummm, Fev another goal? Sub him

Garlett is on, not sure who for yet. He just took a mark but poor kick turned it over to Power.

Good team play leads to Bentley mark and goal. Fev decided to share that one.

Blues 1 13 10 97
Roos: 0 7 3 45

Betts gets another with Robbo involved. I hope we smash this pricks, only pre-season but I hate them.

Wells gets a goal on the end of link play by North.

Garlett kicks his first goal for the Blues!!! Firrito caught holding the ball.

Pratt smashed by Clokey. Pratt had broken ribs.

Kreuzer limping, maybe ankle. Right ankle precaution only.

Three Quarter Time:

Blues 1 14 10 103
Roos: 0 7 3 45

Garlett! Nice.

We've got another game next week!

Top 4? That's what they reckon! Maybe even top 3!

Krooz seemed to roll the ankle on the way down.

It seemed minor but don't expect to see him back on tonight.

I'm loving what I've seen of the young guys, led by Smurph and GIBBS.

JR is looking good from what I've seen. Much more composed than last year.
