Why would she want to be called enough? My mum prefers mum

gee KEEP IT ON TOPIC !!!

:garthp:

i cant wait for next fridays game but i think we are going to lose , not that this is a bad thing cos i think the flying under the radar approach is the way to go - but then its just a painful cock tease cos you get to see a game on tv and then its another 4 or so weeks before you do again - that is always the beauty of winning the nab cup

i dont drink coffee so i dont care what they put in the cafe - also i live in perth so will rarely be there

wifi is a good idea - but i got an iphone with 700mb of data yesterday - i think thats enough to post live training reports - which i promise i will do when the boys are over here to play freo

i dont have any gear from 95 but i have a wardrobe full of recent clothes - im wearing the 07 training tank now !

harvs will always be a saint but deep down he knows the blues are better

i think we have a plethora of options to take carrots spot when he is injured - not sure carrots even has a spot per se'

warnock IS a giant - freak even !

i dont think judd will win the brownlow - especially after it appears from the training pics he has gone full retard - bit of a worry that

fish will grow the beard back - i bet - he looks silly without it

tiller is taller

Amazing we are discussing hot beverages and Caleb Tiller in the same thread.

Am I the only one old enough to remember Cat Stevens classic album "Tea for the Tillerman".

Are we playing next Friday? Crikey I haven't been paying attention at all. Better cancel the date then. Who are we playing? Is that the Cousins game? And have we got any exciting new talent to watch?

Pentronameter Wasn't that the implement Demetriwho and the comission used to Buttflower us a few years ago?

umm... anything else happening down Carlton-way we can chat about?

Let's see, there's:

Who will take Carrot's place if he misses the start of the season? Johnson or Mitch? And are they all eligible for the rising star?
Warnock got called a "206cm giant" on the CFC website. I thought that was funny.
Anyone still go to the footy wearing stuff they wore in the 1995 season? I do - my scarf.
Do we want to win the pre-season comp, or fly under the radar?
Judd. Now that he has hair, will he win the Brownlow. I'd say so.
When will Harvey stop feeling uncomfortable about not being at St Kilda? 2012 would be my guess.
Fish shaved his beard. Rambo won't be happy, but what do the ladies think?
Has Tiller gotten any taller yet?
When the redevelopment is finished, what coffee would you like them to serve? Personally, I hope it's either Grinders or Genovese.

As you can see, there is no topic less interesting than banging on about Setanta. Except maybe the Notches. No. Even the Notches is better. Way better.

It will definatley be grinders, they are a carlton sponsor.

yep, my scarf, bought in 1980, and my jumper, which is just a little too tight..

win, and win big
Judd. Now that he has hair, will he win the Brownlow. I'd say so.
shouldnt the question be when will he get blond tips???

No, I haven't mentioned it for fear of vilification, given this is a Carlton site, 'Cat' may be siezed upon. If not, just typing the word 'St*vens' is very dangerous....

I've got a 95 Stubby Holder. It looks great, it's got the team line up on one side as they started on the ground, and the Weg poster on the other side.

Nice.

Is it plastic or wetsuit material? I don't like the plastic ones so much.

Wetsuit!

I'm with you on the plastic - avoid at all costs.

It's starting to have that faded/cracked look where the paint is showing a little character by splitting a fraction. A a result, it's now a stay-at-home stubby holder and I use others for off site activities. I'll get plenty more years out of it with the right care and maintenance
