Aisake moved down to 35 after Raso was delisted in 2007.

Given Ryan Jackson never played in a win at Carlton, and Adam Mathews / Setanta / Chris Jackson never played a senior game in this jumper, it's been since Rohan Welsh up to 1995 since this jumper has seen some action. Even then, Welsh didnt play in 1994 and 1995 because of injury...so we have to go back to 1993 until the last time #38 saw a win at senior level.
