Obviously opted for the soft option.

Is it a well known fact that Graeme Blundell is a Carlton supporter? :?

 (in advance)

But Alvin Purple would have to be a Dockers fan

Yep, Graeme Blundell is very definitely a Blues man. I remember him skulking around the outer at many games.
He was always wearing a camouflage jacket.

He will be missed.

Thought he was a Collingwood supporter.

Definitely a collingwood supporter

Absolutely! He hated Carlton, and he did little to hide his contempt for our club. I reckon some of his greatest memories would be the joy he got from reporting on or club when we were at our worst...

I'll go all AGRO if I don't take Bex and lie down.

Steve Hooker, despite the Cameron Ling resemblence....

Former Chicago Bulls and Boomers centre Luc Longley used to be a fan before his home town Dockers joined. When he was travelling round with the Bulls, he would always use the name 'Bruce Doull' as his alias when checking into hotels.

It doesn't get anymore scrumptious than MV.

Pity there isn't a pic of him wearing the guernsey.

Here's the quote from the Luc Longley book on his championship with the Bulls.

'I got a lot of sporting inspiration from Aussie rules football players as much as anyone, Bruce Doull was one of my heroes as a kid, The Flying Doormat, there was no-one like him. I loved the Blues as a kid, although now I'm a Dockers fan since I did grow up in Freo. But Doull was the man and I used to watch him play on The Winners, he did all the dirty work and that was the attraction. Unappealing, yet appreciated. Last season in the Finals against Seattle, I used the Doormat as my alias at the hotel. 'Checking in sir?' the front desk attendant asked. 'Yes thanks, Bruce Doull, D-O-U-double L'. Bruce won a couple of VFL premierships, but I bet he never realised he won a ring with Michael Jordan as well.'

That's a great story! Pity he has changed alliances to a loser team. :donk:

We're assuming he got to shag her when he was the male lead role opposite Jennifer Garner in Alias......whatever....he certainly got a lot closer to her than us.......... :
