Is this based on what you'd like to see or what you think the changes will be?

Aren't everyone's ins/outs a wish list each and every week, until the actual changes are named?

I don't really see a lot of point in that. As much as people wish it, Fisher and Russell aren't going to be dropped.

I'd much rather talk about what we think will happen.

Betts and Hadley may be chances to come back in this week, with Browne a possible exclusion.

Saddington would be next in line to be dropped, but with Brown and Bradshaw being bigger bodied forwards, he may last another week.

I actually think Saddo can still be handy, but there's no way in the world he's fast enough for Brown, let alone strong enough.

Bit of shame that Lappins retirement and Bradshaws 200 coincide with this match :(

Based on how he has been beaten (and by whom) over the last two weeks I cannot see how Saddington could last

Ins: Bower, Hadley, Betts (if available)
Outs: Saddington, Fisher, Browne (for Eddie)

With our season over, I'm very interested now to see how the boys approach this game. I think it will show what type of character our players posses.

Welcome back melvey,

After last weeks bashing, I hope we play with more intensity and with more grunt in the midfield, what a monstering it was!!!!

If we do put some guys in who are on limited time I hope they put their best foot forward.

Brissy will have a bit of belief about them again.

I am flying up for this game. If Saddington is in the team - I think i will just go to the pub instead. Blind Freddy could see that he has had too many injuries, is too slow and is playing for his footy career. Not a good combination- it adds up to a reactionary performance.

Lions by 59pts... Brown and Bradshaw will destroy us.
If Saddington plays ... make the margin 82pts

All i care about for the next 2 games is Fev getting 100... and preferably overtaking Franklin.

The North and Adelaide losses really ripped my heart out.

Sorry, but can't have that as the last post in this thread. Need to instil a bit of "positivity" here :)

I would think the players have very little if anything to lose in this encounter, with a finals chance all but over & as such can play without the added pressure of a "must win" situation (ie) we have to rely on other results to get in. Of course that does not mean going out there half baked, with little or no intensity. Quite the opposite in fact. Play the game with NO FEAR.

With them, the shoe is on the other foot. They need this to keep their chances alive & we all know what that added pressure can cause (choke choke).

Lets hope the boys play with flair & dash. Excite us Blues. Would like to see em play on more out of our back half & try & run the ball out more, instead of players looking up & then checking backwards, sideways (etc) which just allow the opposition time to set up. Play on. Take risks. Be brave & use eachother. Run for & with eachother. Hunt in packs.

History must be on our side also, given we haven't beaten them at the Gabba since 2000 (8 yrs) & as such, the law of averages has to come in some time. This is hopefully that time.

We have made good in-roads this season & need to put the "polish" on it by giving a good account in these last 2 games.

Bottom line boys - Go hard or go home.

Blues to play "inspired" football this weekend.

Blues by 11 pts.

Fev 4
Judd 3
Kreuzer 3

If only we had a younger slimmer version of Lance Whitnall playing alongside Fev - 9 goals straight by Little Red. :-D

If the ball doesnt get down to Brown and Bradshaw then they cant kick goals so as with many games control of the midfield is the issue.
Lock down on Black and Power and dont let random's like Dalziell run around on their own like we had with Harding and Power last match.
Dont mind losing via quality players but hate it when some random no name hacker plays the one good game of his career against us and cost us the four points.....I want to see some accountable footy.

Brisbane are not that good......overated in fact...

Nice to see Bower back in the side however would have preffered to see Pfeiffer included ahead of Houlihan.
I'm surprised that Betts is still missing??

Like the Ins. Good to see BOTH back. Pretty happy with that actually.

Predictable and good ins. They must really rate Browney, a little quiet lately. Still no Eddie

Hadley must need one more week. A nice in for Dawks, though (plus Eddie??).
