Lions have won their past six or seven games at the Gabba. We haven't won there since I was in short pants.

Todays result really takes the sting out of this match for me...

Two big things out of last night's game -

1) Hope the Umps are 1000% better at the Gabba than they were for the Bulldogs game...
2) We'd better practice in a hilly paddock if we're going to let the ball
bounce at the Gabba next week - it was amazingly inconsistent..

I honestly think that getting our crumber back next week will be a godsend - and the game is very open for the taking.

As the NRIS team said today - if we fade like we did today, we'll get smashed - but otherwise the game is a toss-up for both teams.

My girls' Auskick team didn't complain at all.

He's not everyone's cup of tea, but he's a much better player than we've seen the last two weeks.
