Brent Harvey is a more talented Steven Baker. Stirs players up and then receives free kicks when they tell him to stick it up his jumper...

"They're" (whoever they are) are idiots. As is the umpire that reported Wiggo.

I've watched the replay a few times, and I've changed my mind.

The 50 was there, but now way was it reportable.

I didn't know Spew and Chester were running netball Australia.

Sorry, I apologise to all you netballer's out there.

Your sport is far rougher than AFL.

If he gets suspended for that I'd be amazed.

Silly stuff from Fev, I'm guessing the first 50 was for running voer the mark, the 2nd for knocking the ball out. The next free kick and 50 were crap. Its ok for Harvey to stand over Fev, but when Fev drags him down its a free kick. Bull shit.

This is a big test fror us. We've been down and come back from margins this year so I'm not worried about our ability to win this game, but we have our backs against the wall, its a mental test now to see if we're strong enough to do it. A test of Judd's leadership to see if his speech before we went off the ground can have an impact on the players.

Come on Blueboys, show everyone what you're made of!!

and a whole mess of yellow -- the Ms were reporting all the umpires in the middle: field, goal, emergency ... prolly just talking it up ... no reports, then?

Umpire lost it. Fev looked confused, you could see that. I think for some reason thought it was his kick and knocked the ball out of his hands. As for the second 50 , two blokes with a handful of jumper with some push and shove, the North bloke pretended he was struck. Should've been more common sense by the umpire. Poor effort by the idiot in yellow. Can see why the Carlton crowd was incensed. That last one should've been Fev's free as was impeded when his arm was held.

If we are going to get back in this, we have to turn the clearances around. Judd quiet. Armfield 0 possies that qr.
1AW 0 possies that qr
Grigg none for the game? (Wells hasn't either)
Stevo quiet and got the fumbles.

We can only get better.

Gibbs only got one touch that quarter. Hope he can lift in the next half.

Harvey is certainly giving Armfield a touch up. Armfield hasn't stoped trying though.

MMM were commenting on one Carlton supporter absolutely spraying the ump ... security were all over her but there was nothing they could do until she'd had her say ... sounds like they deserved it as well ...

Army needs to do a better job shutting Harvey down. Its a bug job though, but Harvey is killing us running off half back and Army can't let him get a few metres on him.

Armfield might be quick but he' not ready for Harvey just yet. Hasn't gt the motor for starters.
Simmo can run all day and might be an option.
