Nth have got plenty of dangerous players. They're a pretty well drilled unit and becase they don't have many big names, teams who think they should go head to head with them get caught out.

I'm all for Gridd to go to Harvey- although he'll have to watch the niggle because Harvey will con the ump into a couple of bad decisions if Grigga isn't on top of that. Grigga was tremendous at the contest last week and may even hurt Harvey the other way if he can maintain that.

Armfield I would put on one of Thomas/Campbell, and this may be a week where Carrots needs to play back well. The smalls are the danger this week.

Going to be a ripping match. both teams have everything to play for.

No coincidence we had our highest number of scoring shots the same week we had the three big boys in the team and were prepared to target non-Fev options going forward. Must do that again this week.

In: Bower, Betts (if available)

Out: Browne, Saddo.

Hammer is a must. He might not dominate the ruck contests but he provides a contest. He's a big unit and should be used just to compete so they don't get an easy tapout.

It also frees up Cloke and Kreuz to put more time forward rather than on the bench.

Out:
Russell
Brown

In:
Pfieffer
Bentick

Why does everyone want Browne omitted? I understand the Russell haters continue on every week, but Browne? Surely a good match up for some of those small Kangaroo forwards.

Interesting to note that this year Hawthorn's inside 50's peaked at around 60, where we had 72 inside 50's last week.

Just shows how dominant we were in that game.

If we play with self belief we will win, but the Kanags seem to produce regularly during the home and away season.

Those mongrels have cost me almost every week this year.

I.

Hate.

Them.

Their smug little diving soft-receiving oompa-loompa Harvey, The arrogant tool Grant, the miserable shit coaching them, the mega-permed old arse on the board, their constantly rolling out "shinboner spirit" (or should that be shitboner) when they win, The failed foray into Sydney (which could have been made to work), The whingeing and bitching about their lack of cash, their shit home, their shit supporters, Wayne Carey, Anthony Stevens, Corey Friggin' McKernan.

The whole bloody lot of 'em. Past and present.

They've been giving me the shits since that day at Princes Park in 1976 when Blight kicked that 55 metre "90 metre" torpedo punt  to give them a win after the siren - I was there that day and as everyone knows I have a long memory.

A very long memory GWS.

Theoretically he is an IN because Eddie was a last minute OUT.

Assume Eddie back, Hammer IN and ? OUT

Can't seem to get a handle on who played really well on the weekend for the ants as none of the regulars seem to have gone to the game and elected to go to the senior game instead - very frustrating given the possible INs this week.

that was last week - he was an IN for the port game

he cant be an IN for the north game because he is already IN

he can only be an OUT for the north game because he is already IN

betts was an OUT for the port game so would need to be an IN for the north game

you cant be an IN the week after you have been in the team and played

I want Browne kept in the team for Campbell/Thomas. Tough call who goes for Eddie, but it's about time we have tough calls to make.
