Elwood did prefer Harris and has always -even on draft day

Sporn didnt think he was such a bad player myself -had a lot of injuries -played 50 games for Carlton so still a fair effort - not the worst player to get a game in that era - didnt get enough of the ball but disposal was quite good

I think we got draft pick for Sporn for trading murphy to Geelong

Was very slight didnt put on much muscle -was out for a long time with bone bruising
Having said that probably disappointing for early draft pick overall - better than Vance

Sporn was delisted and we got nothing. The year before the Crows almost gave us pick 20 for him but he failed the medical apparently.
