I would like to see Gavin Crosisca retained on the coaching panel for next year.
Pagan appointment or not, I think his work with the backs has been very good, and he should be reappointed for another 2 years.
Any thoughts on this, and or any other changes you'd like to see made to the coaching panel ?

Like all clubs, there will be a review of the footy dept. and each person's performance will be under the microscope.

I suspect at least one, if not, two changes to the coaching panel, and perhaps another addition.

Need a better development department. Not necessarily anything against Teague or Lappin, just I think we are still underpowered in that area.

Get whoever runs the West Coast development (my word they are good at developing players) and pair them up with Alan Richardson from the filth 8)
