Agree goodie goodie johno brown is an angel, so everyone wants him. No difference between him and Fev.

Get with it guys, Fev is our player, Brown is NOT.......

I would rather Fev anyday. I hope he bloody signs so everyone can shut up......

The difference between Fev and Brown.

Fev and his missus own a resturant in the city, not sure if they give it up or run it from interstate.

Brown's missus has just opened a beauty salon out the back of a massive house in Brissie they purchased 6 months ago. She's got her own studio there - they have settled down.

Brown isn't going anywhere. He isn't shopping himself around (not saying that Fev particularly is)...

...Brown will be at the Lions for the rest of his career... as long as they don't embarrass him with a shithouse offer.

One is a leader and one is not.
One has 3 premierships and one has not.
One has all fans loving him and one has not.
One has his coach and match committee full support and one has not.
One wants 5 years and one wants 3 years.
One is a superstar and one is not.
One is from Dandenong and one is from Warnabool.
One shows effection to the oposition and one loathes the oppoisition like it is a battle in the roman days.
One keeps trying and one does not.

Akermanis had a farewell party when he was leaving the Lions and only two teammates bothered to turn up. You might not like it, but Fevola would have virtually the entire list rocking up to his, and it would be an awesome night too. :-D

I think you're wrong Verbs . I know plenty of Carlton fans that love Fev , and certainly do not want to lose him . People on TC are probably only 1 % [or less of Carlton fans ] .

True. And there were some Lions fans who didn't like Akermanis too. But again, they were in the minority.

This is the guy who has made Carlton popular in our dismal years, do you think we would have had 30 thousand members over the last couple of years if it wasnt for him. I think not.

Get real, we are not getting Brown, nor do I want him...... So then you not only want to trade Fev, but you want to give up another good player and picks.

We cannot keep on doing this year after year. We have the nucleous of a good team, and we need to build to it. Unfortunately for you, Fev is very important to this process and we must give him help in the forward line.

Even if you based those votes as a percentage of Carlton members alone it equals less than 0.2% of members.

If you were to take it as a percentage of TC members it's about 3% which still puts Fevola 97% in favour. :-D
