Can't put out the whole thing yet but I thought this was gold....:

One of our lasting memories is of your celebration at kicking a behind against Collingwood last year. Of course you thought it was a goal, but what sort of celebration will there be if you actually kick one?

*laughs* Let me clarify one thing, it WAS a goal and was just called a behind by the goal umpire. But I can tell you one thing, when I get a goal my celebration won’t be as stupid as the up and down potato that Gibbs and Grigg have been doing!

Good one Molsey.

shuff as Molsey has stated previously, they are trying to spread the POTW across all the players if they can rather than a select few.

It goes without saying that My Smurph would POTW each and every week. :-D

Perhaps it should be changed to Player of the Week?

No doubting Gibbs, Judd, Murphy and Betts would have most of them sewn up on a pure Play of the Week format.

Play of the week is good. Else you could say Judd, Gibbs, Murph, Stevo and Fev would be the only recipients.

It's a good excuse to give Army, Pfeiff and Browne some media training.

I would, however, like to see you guys interview the Judd-man, then again if he's not good enough to get the play of the week then you guys can't award him the play of the week :-D .

I really hope the club hand Jamison either # 9 or # 11 at the end of this season as he is going to be an integral part of our side for the next 7-8 years. Without question he is our most reliable defender at present.

He wants #40 and he wants to make history in it. Unlike some of our players, Jamo knew all about the history of the jumper and can name many past wearers, what jumper they went to and the only premiership player to wear it.

Player of the week would become just as fickle as play of the week when M & D just want to interview a newbie.

Murphy or Gibbs to Grigg were robbed. :P

Gibbs passing to Grigg for another great goal was terrific. :-D

Absolutely superb. Both.

Smurph. The balance, speed, poise. Great.

Like the way Gibbsy contests & takes the mark, gives off the h/b & then moves into space to receive the h/b back, before Goodes reacts. Class.

And Griggy, great turn of speed & followed up by a great kick.

Superb. Can't wait to see more.

:-D :-D
