We rolled the dice, and rolled a :1:.

Time to play the kids.

Time to tweak the game plan, even if to the detriment of results for the rest of the season.

We are a much better team this year, the cohesion is there - the consistancy isn't.

Rok on Carlton 2009.

As for tanking - those who suggest it, even now for the sake of a pick 4 instead of a pick 6...

...aren't Carlton supporters.

They are unenlightened pseudo Carlton-followers. And I have no time for them...

we are now officially out of final contention. we have improved a little this year (3 more wins so far) and still have a while to go. we've blown winable matches against so many teams. :x

Nothing wrong with mentioning the 'F' word. No problem with it and it keeps the momentum running. Momentum being crown attendance and TV viewers which only helps us with the draw and free to air coverage.

Deep down Ratts knows exactly where we are at, well i hope he does. We not going to make it but we must keep that winning spirit up but also develop and get game time into the kids.

The "F" word could be many things.

Finals
Faith
Failure
Friday 8)

...but I wholeheartedly agree with you Melvstar - I've said since the start of the year that the most important thing for now is instilling the winning culture and faith back into the club.

I'll never say no to finals until it's mathematically impossible. :-D

Once Finals become mathematically shot to pieces, I think the F word the team needs to focus on is Future..

And it begins now at the Carlton Football Club.
