My wife who hates football heard me abusing Fev on Friday night, asked me what Fev would have done to a customer who pissed on Fev's restaurant window in Toorak Road

She also asked as Kandy Bar is a known gay bar and so is Love Machine what is up with Carlton. Dont know but I am sick of Fev playing like a girl.

As I said. I want this prick to prove how much he loves this club and how much he wants to be apart of it.

If not. Start hitching up the Hume!

i feel the same way

Yep, its all about the Fevster, always has been.

He "loves" the club, but very much on his terms. I don't expect unconditional love, mind you, but maybe he should share a coffee with the likes of Robert Harvey, Robbie Flower, Jimmy Stynes etc.

Just hope J Brown's manager is monitoring this very closely. 8)

Fev shares the same management as Brown....Velocity......I expect both players to sign with their respective clubs and Velocity to make a handy 10% of the money. Its about playing the re-signing game, going through the theatre and dramatics and at the end of it all you find very few star player change clubs with Judd being the exception.
The media just milk it and hype it up...all a bit of a yawn IMO...

I'd consider it bit of a yawn too, - IF Fev had behaved in a similar manner that J.Brown has over the last month. Fact is, it's chalk & cheese the way the negotiations for contract renewal have unfolded for these 2 star players - despite having the same management as you rightly point out EB1.

Is it the medias fault or is it fev's fault that he's portrayed the villain in all of this? I have my view, but what disappoints me more through all of this is the regularity of displays like we saw on Friday night. I've been against trading Fev up 'til now. I've now had enough - we need to trade him at end of year, despite what short-term impact it might have on our club.

The club is bigger than Fev, & I'm certain we'll be much better for it in 3 years time if we trade him away at seasons end.

Give him what ever he asks provided he agrees to give half of that to Gibbs. Gibbs is our future not Fev

Richmond seem to be developing a decent fwd line since they rolled the dice and put Richo on the wing.

Perhaps it is time to let go and develop a new modern forward line with multiple options -Big,small and medium sized.

I am happy either way. Unless fev decided to go to Melbourne or WC in the pre season draft and we get nothing.

-If he goes we get a pick and a player and free up the salary cap space for another recruit.

-If he stays we get to watch one of the most talented players going around play in a carlton jumper. We will marvel at what he does sometimes and shield our eyes when he carries on. We will win when he plays well and occasionally win when he doesnt. We can try and build a modern fwd line with multiple options around him.

Not sure i can see fev with a premiership medal. Will be fun watching us try though.

I am happy either way.

Ramble ramble.....

I just cant understand this MC, they drop one tall in Setanta even though he may be sh*t and replace him with a smaller player in Judd, now don’t get me wrong Judd had to be in that side but why drop a tall and pick a shorter player for him, we needs more tall’s.
I know we seems to romance a bit with our young players and we all like to give them a go but our main trouble is that we have too many inexperience players in our side especially Brown, no doubt he have a great future at Carlton but he is not quite ready yet and the MC must make a decision either to nurse these kids or pick a side to win these games.

ive said it before and i say it again.

Cloke & Fisher, from 0-20 - both good marking options

Russel and Wiggins from 20-40 - present something different and could form a decent partnership

fevola up around the 40-60 mark with the intention of playing on and feeding the likes of those mentioned eariler.

with eddy flapping around the packs.

the forward line setup IMO would reap more rewards than Fevola at FF.

agree completely. The question is though whether Fev is capable of, and prepared to play consistently further from goal and to not be the main focal point up forward;

Cloke's been tried forward SS and failed. Occassion pack mark doesn't cut it. Not a forward, too small for a ruckman and no football nouse. All equates to ...

You're kidding aren't you? Russell be able to kick 20-40 goals for the year ... he is so bad at kicking for goal and don't think his strength is in the forward line.

Russell is on track for 2 goals for the season and with a bit of luck Wiggins might be able to crack double figures this year. They have been a lethal combination in our forward structure this year.

Very interested to see how Richmond functioned without Richo yesterday.

It is amazing how sides play when there big name fwds aren't there.

We need to remember that this is a TEAM sport and we are only as good as our weakest link. If Fev spits it we can't win as it brings everyone down. If a Fisher or a Bentick behaved like him would we tolerate it?

For me it is time for both parties to move on. Watching his teammates on Friday and listening to Ratten I get the distinct impression that they have had enough.

I know listening to radio over the weekend the fans certainly have and aren't they what football is all about?

I agree.

I also agree Fev should give half to Gibbsy - and his missus for whenever he wants  .

He's an absolute beauty!

He might only kick 2 goals, but think of all the 'handy' points he'll kick.

I agree but my point still stands. Sydney have been better without Hall. Collingwood without Rocca. Kangaroos without Thompson. Bulldogs without Grant. etc etc

PS Has anyone listened to radio today and tonight. I have never heard so many Carlton people ring in and want Fevola gone. Amazing.

Kernahan 63 goals
Pearce 52 goals
Spaulding 34 goals
Clape 31 goals
Rice 21 goals

THAT was a forward line!!

(Deisel 29 and Kouta 21 also helped a bit :) )
