I'll be asking questions if it isn't announced tonight at the presidents dinner like they were saying. Not having a go at them, because they're only getting second hand information which is spot on normally but there refusal to believe anything else and pooh pooh everyones opinion is rather short sighted IMO.

:garthp: thats easy - we wont share anymore - simple

happy !?

when you get good information from good people why believe the sooking and other rubbish spouted in this thread

now you can really have some chicken little moments
Couldn't care less if you take your bat and ball and go home. I wasn't having a crack at your information at all if you read what i've typed properly  Far from it.

Its quite obvious Fev is looking at all options otherwise he would have signed like you keep telling us. Your opinion and others that he'll definitely sign are very short sighted IMO.

Did you notice how happy Fev looked after losing the game tonight, disgraceful really, but that's Fev. With him anything can happen but you don't wish to take anything else into account.

For what its worth i think he'll be at Carlton next year and beyond but its far from a fait accompli until he puts pen to paper. And it seems to be taking a lot longer than your sources suggest it should have.

Ratts on fire on SEN.

If Fev is wanting more money than the final offer, he isn't at Carlton for the right reasons, same applies to all players. You could feel the passionate through the Radio, I'd say with both Sticks and Ratts coming out if this deal ain't done next week, we will get a few top 10 picks again.

they are pissed off - with the loss , with the way some players went about it last night

the club truly had it all planned to anounce it all last night - thats how confident they all were - sticks is a bit miffed

Well if Fev has asked for more money again he better start shopping for a new club.

At a certain coterie dinner last night, a guest director noted he hadn't signed and "money" was the sticking point. Watch this space....

Spot on. This will be a part of his learning curve as a coach being new at it. Having said that just love seeing his passion in the coaches box. All Fevola queries should be managed by Swann who is the consumate professional. Not sure why he has been quite on this issue.

I have no issue with what Ratts has said today. At the end of the day Ratts makes the decision on who he wants on the list and if he thinks Fev is only in it for the money then he has every right to make a statement.

I applaud Ratts for coming out with some passion and telling it as it is

Why should we be scared of Fev and tip toe around the douche bag. Enough is enough and teh club must make a stance with this.

And i don't think those comments were not just aimed at Fev. Murph and Waitey have yet to sign and wonder why there holding off??

Fev is a disease and someone needs to slap this guy into line..... maybe get Wallsy back to the club to take a late night training session with Fev in the middle

Fev on MMM at 12:40 today said he wants to lay rumors to rest. He'll be staying at Carlrton. Final.

Was he asked if he knew that his signature was required on a contract for it be final?

I agree, am getting sick of Fev and all this contract talk, Murphy's contract talks have been going longer than Fevs.

How do you know My Smurph's contract talks having been going longer?

Greg Swann was on sen back in April and a caller asked him and he said that his negotiations were underway.

How do you know My Smurph's contract talks having been going longer?

Dwayne Russell said during the week that Murphy and Waite had signed new contracts but nothing has come out of the club so I am not sure why he said it.
