Relax son, just relax,

remember to breathe,

its not all bad you know, in fact there is a lot of good. take Carlton, the side you follow, just, you know, enjoy them a bit. Try to smile sometims when they kick a goal and - heavens forbid - if they should win, take a chance, sing the song.

Most of all though, try and look forward to the next game with a light heart. Do not see it as a chance to lose, but a chance to win.
