That pathetic effort to move in front of Brown is a reason why Stevens will only ever be a B grader...

I've been calling Nick a B grader for 5 seasons and you told me he was an A grader

The problem is we get let down by senior players more than we get let down by kids.

Its ok for Stevo to call up Andrew Maher during the week and give him an earfull about Mahers observations as a Carlton supporter....

.. but then he comes out and proves Maher was right....!!!

Blokes like Stevens Ackland Waite have got to learn that theyre senior players and they must pave the way for kids...

Some of them wait for others (usually kids) to make things happen for them.....

Its the disease that was allowed to fester under Pagan with our senior group.

...... it needs to be addressed!!!

There are NO passengers in good sides... especially those with 100 games under their belts..

Well said Sinners .

I thought you had lost the fire in the belly old sun

All i want to say is I miss
My old mate "The Game"
And "Troy Bond"
What did you think of Stevo's efforts tonight

He is an A grader if he plays to his potential.. but yeah youre right.. hes B grader...because he doesnt or cant do everything...

You cannot think youre an A grader when you have the ball in your hands and a C grader when you dont..

Look, when he has a good game, those who question him have their noses rubbed in it.

When he is crap, it's the other way around. It's just a cycle.

Not an elite midfielder. 3rd or 4th behind a couple of guns... fine. Not in the top tier of midfielders. Never has been. Never will be.

I wouldnt personally want to run backwards into a steaming Jonathon Brown lead either but Stevens is being paid and wears the jumper.
Regardless of his positives and negatives that effort was embarrasing.
As i said before the club goes back a few years when one of your players does that, particularly your most expirienced player.

Again no mention on TFS about Stevo's 200th, or Fev's 150th. But lo and behold, Shane O'Bree gets another mention :garthp:
