Both Foxtel and FTA will show the Kangaroos v WC's game this Saturday night....so no live coverage of the Carlton v Brisbane game in Perth.

If you are like me and are questioning just why you shell out $70 a month for Foxtel now that there is no Fox Footy and both Fox Sports and FTA are showing the same game you can voice your dissaproval at:

It's a bullshit situation.

One which Adelaide viewers have to put up with as well when a game clashes with a Crows or Power game.

But the muppets down at VFL House don't give a rats.

They've got their cash from selling the TV rights, so we can go get stuffed as far as their concerned.

The reasoning I have heard is that certain games are earmarked for pay-tv, and the FTA station then has a choice of what game to show.....

So it is not really Foxtel's fault - they are given a allotment of games. The problem is it doesn't take a Rhode Scholar to realise what game the Perth/Adelaide FTA station are going to chose to show.

Surely common sense has to intervene at some stage.....

In Brisbane, if Sydney are the Sunday 1.00pm Foxtel game, they chose to show that on Channel 7 instead of the 2.00pm game.
