Personally, I would've given the medal to Goodes, as I found him to be the most influential player.

But regardless, I think there can be no doubt now of who is the premier FF in the land.

My concern is Fev thinking that also!

I hope he does think he is the best FF in the comp. Fev is a confidence player and when he knows he is hot he only gets hotter.

Agreed. FFS draft some forwards please.

We should all be proud of Fev's game..I know I am. He loves the big stage and to me that type of player is hard to find. Great effort.

tonight, nothing beat the filth and scum supporters around me pumping their fists and screaming "FEVOOOLAA" whenever he got near the ball. However when he received the medal it was all back to the "he'd be an even bigger star if he plays with us" rabble.

In any case great match by Fev, and hopefully he'll still be around next exhibition match as such so he can show the other clubs what they're missing out on

Well done to Fev but I have a problem with someone who gets 8 kicks being BOG.

MVP maybe.

Here's hoping he can continue his current good form.

I am on holiday in the Gold Coast and we received the game LIVE and they showed the post game proceedings. Football coverage is fantastic up here. Half the team didn't know the words of the song (boomer Harvey had no troubles).

Fev is at the peak of his career right now. You are seeing the best he can deliver. Hope we don't get sucked in and give him a Kouta contract at the end of his career.

Great effort though and great to watch and very entertaining.

So, if you're watching it on TV, for the love of God, listen to the call on Triple J instead.

Most of them seemed to want to sing "Victoria will be premiers..."

The song kind of broke down into laughter at that point.

Congrats Fev, a good night indeed, but agree with earlier post thought Goodes had a ripper.

To do that he will need the delivery like he had last night. He has never been been on the end of such pin point delivery

Fev winning the BOG Medal was great.

I really didn't care whether Judd, Waite or Fev had good games,as long as they didn't get injured like Fraser.

You want your players to go out there and perform the best they can on a massive stage .

Waite looked out of his depth....

If Waite had of starred in a game like that it would have helped him instill more faith in himself...

You cant be so insular...

Wanting no injuries is on a superficial level. Of coourse we want our players to strut their stuff on the big stage. Ferv and Juddy were excellent, hopefully Waite would have taken much from the experience incorporating lead up, the game and just being around the Browns, Scarletts, Bartells etc.

While Jarrad had an average game, reckon he would have learnt a lot by being around so many great players.

Took a friend who was brought up on rugby in NZ to the game, we enjoyed ourselves, the game was a really good spectacle.

Fev was the X factor for the Vics and lit the game up with his marking and subsequent goals.

Wish State of Origin was back to stay.

Hope Fevs' medal win serves as further positive reinforcement that giving up the grog is a good move

Not so worried if he plays a bad game for Victoria as long as it's not for Carlton. He belongs there alright just had a average night.
