Good to see we're making the news for the right reasons.

On another matter, i tried voting for Stevo and Fev, on the AFL web-site, but kept getting an error message "XMLHttp request is undefined" . Any Carlton IT gurus out there that can help?

Where is Agro when you need him - typical AFL conspiracy to stop the Blues from dominating again!

I had the same error and upgraded my machine to IE7 and it worked fine.

Whoever designed the site only bothered to make it work with one browser apparently.

i've got IE6 atm. when i first bought my computer it came with windows xp but then we gave it to a friend so he can repair it. he repaired it but when he gave it back he said the windows xp he intalled in it was fake and so that i shouldn't download anything from microsoft. does anyone know if i would be able to download IE7 given my xp is not original.

If it came with XP get your mate to put the original Product Key back in or there are free utilities you could download.

Otherwise you should be able to get IE7 off a computer magazine cover disk.

My IT mate said:
The XML being used in the web service cannot be loaded correctly. The value is probably NULL. This might be a server side error so the tip to not use the AFL website might be the best suggestion.

i don't even know what that is, it didn't come with a cd or anything. there is a sticker with a key number on it on the side of the cpu or whatever it's called but we were told we would have to buy the original windows xp to use it. it's not a big deal it's only the afl site i'm having trouble with anyway.
