Pros:

Murphy is as tough as old boots. Takes his hits and comes back for more.

Gibbs is beginning to live up to his potential.

Fev was unstoppable, his finest piece of play being when he wrenched the ball free from the scrum and handed off to Grigg for the sealer.

Our defence didn't look fragile.

Cons:

Ch 7's coverage was ad riddled to the point of frustration. Not showing the song at the end was poor, surely they could've sacrificed one of their millions of ads to show it

TACKLING best for 3 years
Game plan - controlling the ball -a few mistakes but
Containing a side to under 100 points
Willingness of Bower Grigg Gibbs Murphy Pfeiffer jamison Cruise missile to take the game on
the beautiful bald man Juddy so composed - so Bloody good
Hadley does all the hard gutsy things
Clokey tries his guts out
Scoreboard pressure early whilst the other side kicked points

The serial killer Collingwood supporter leaving us after three quarter time

I liked the one about sweet revenge in Round 12.

These morons have been promising sweet revenge since September 26 1970 and we are still waiting.

Pros:

Too many to list. But one I have to say is Fev's attitude. No more backchatting and getting on with the game. Such a joy to watch. Making a huge difference to his game.

Cons:

Don't want to think about the negative. Go Blues!!!

What I've always love about Collingwood supporters is whenever they :P me about the Blues and say how sh5te we are, I'll reply with, "Come again, how many flags have you won?" And their reply is, "It's not always about premierships, it's how you play....." And they have the temerity to call us a rabble?!!!!

Pros:

Agree with everyone elses posted so far, however I think Grigg should be given more praise for his game. Looks like a player this kid and should be rewarded with consistent gametime in seniors.

However, besides the boys winning, I have to say that seeing the expression on Eddie McGuires face at the end of the game, was PRICELESS!! He was clearly devastated..... well all I can say is suck the big ones eddie!!

Grigg was great! He played a defensive game on H.Shaw and took him out of the game and also did some useful things himself. Needs to keep playing and will get better.

Pros'...Plenty, but especially pleased with Cam Cloke whose selection as No 1 ruckman didnt grab me, but he did the job well vs his old team and would have been in my best players.

Gibbs...started with a shocker kick out but lifted his work rate to make up for that error with some great tackling and pressure...thats what I want to see not cheap possies but some intensity....his best game for the club..

Backline...combined well and helped each other which was a first, normally they only worry about their own man but in this game they worked as a team...

Murphy.....very good game, worked hard even when he was Ko'd by that dog Maxwell...

Bower.....best game for the club...held a good player in Cloke and got the footy and what I really liked he took his time when disposing of the footy and was composed.......turning point in his career IMHO..

Fev.....what can you say...Fev at his best.....

Judd....tagged with plenty of Collingwood mids rotating on and off him but kept on keeping on...

Bannister...one of my favs and good to see him playing well and keeping his spot..

Cons

Maybe to much reliance on Fev to get us over the line...most of the games we have won in recent years have been due to Fev and I'd like to see some other players step up and do a Fev...

Pros:

Richard Hadley is THE most important player in the side atm. He adds the balance that weve been lacking and makes sure we get first use of the ball.

Jordan Russell's flower up in the middle of the ground but then made up for it 30 seconds later because the coach has confidence in him. Watch him come on now.

Darren Pfiffer is also giving us balance even if he is not getting much of the ball yet.

The backline is not as bad as everyone thought now that we have some midfeild and forward pressure. 8)

CONS:

Brendan Fevola, Jordan Russell, Paul Bower, Brett Ratten, Eddie Betts, and a whole host of others are going to make alot of ppl eat there words :-D

PROS:

- Defensive Pressure by ALL - most pleasing aspect of the game
- Cloke.......not the most talented - but maximum output every week
- Midfield - finally we've got one now
- Bannister - has played well so far this year and will ALWAYS go in for his teammate. Does the role expected of him
- Fewer errors

CONS:
- We need another avenue to goal. Hopefully that will be one of Edwards, Hartlett

Cons:
Clearances after opposition behinds need some work. For most teams this is an attacking opportunity to get in a scoring position up the other end of the ground. We struggled to clear the ball on the weekend. It would be great if we could develop a long-term defensive option who is also a superb kick and decision maker.

A big kudos to Ratts.
Grigg and Bower moves where gutsy yet precise.
Carrazzo to backline and Scotland (laid a tackle  ) into the midfield also worked a treat. 8)
Murphy hopefully finally shut the scum supporters up about who should have gone no.1.

Hopefully he will be as valuable as a previous number 36 and just as many spelling variations of his surname as well.

- Mclure - Pfiffer
- McClure - Pfiefer
- Maclure - PFEIFFER

And if anyone thought I meant that other human abomination that were and sullied this guernsey they are kidding themselves.

Pros:

Bower & Jamo - Yes they beat their direct opponents, but they also contributed in an offensive way. A sign of maturity.

Gibbs - Set the tone. His tackles were the catalyst
Murphy - His last qtr was phenomenal. Provided excellent leadership when in previous weeks we would have cracked
Hadley- Next to Judd will be the AFL's recruit of the year
Grigg- Excellent game on SHaw,and was damaging going the other way

NO PASSENGERS.

Every goal they kicked was under pressure or from our mistakes. Not once did they kick a soft goal. Every mark they had inside 50 was on an acute angle. Our midfielders worked exceptionally hard to force them wide
