Collingwood are the bench mark when it comes to playing as a team - they have very few passengers, and play a style that allows new kids to join and do well very quickly. They are very well drilled (as I here most commentators say) and that is why new kids can integrate quickly. Unfortunately we are not well drilled and we don't understand the new game plan. It makes it hard to really understand which of our players will make it and who will not. Only the very best players like Murphy will shine dispite all these other things not being there. Players like Bower ... I don't know.

Bower would go ok at Collingwood...bit like Harry O....HO didnt have much composure when he first started but they kept playing him because he is a goer and will accept challenges......Bower needs to be challenged every week and given tasks.
