I'd like to see Santy to throw a tanty. That would be pretty intimidating IMHO.

He seemed to do a good job intimidating 'the grass thrower-Matthew Lloyd' about this time last year.

I wonder if Santy would respond to the challenge of keeping the bastards honest. I'm not suggesting he lifts a finger to anyone unless provoked, just that he runs through Didak and shirt fronts Thomas and Pendlebury - legally of course.!!

What ever is eating up the Irish boys they need to get it out of their system. Roughing up Collingwood would be a good way to get the frustration out.

Pfeiffer, anyone? He already hits the ball harder than just about anyone on our list, so it's not too much of a stretch of the imagination to see him doing the same to opposition bodies in future.

He was the one I thought of too, lets hope he can develop the inner mongrel and hurt some opposition

Enjoyed watching Port vs the Crows......former Port player Francou fired them up by saying they were soft and players like Brogan, C.Cornes, Thomas went after the Crows at every opportunity. Wounded Crows littered the ground and it was one of the most physical games I have seen for years.
Port lost but gained some respect from their supporters and the Crows....but it was team effort not just one player doing the intimidating.
We need to get some more physical players who are prepared to bleed for the club and get rid of the usual soft suspects....we are going nowhere with Scotland, Houlihan , Russell......whateva they offer in skill they trade it away in terms of being intense and physical.

Pfeiffer is good value as he offers what Scotland and co dont....

Chad Cornes is a poor excuse for a sportsman but exactly what we are lacking in terms of footballing abilities....talented player who can box on when required and lift his team with his intense passion for the contest.....we wont be any good until we aquire or develop a Chad Cornes type...
You cant carry thugs these days...they have to be able to play...the Dean Wallis era is over.......

Yeah wouldn't mind that myself.

Oh, and Pendlebury too.

I'd just prefer a clean game that we win to restore some confidence in the group.

..i think it's more than just winning.. ..even if we lose, at least we won't get pushed around.. ..i reckon the big Setant's the only one that really has that 'intimidator' lurkin' within.. ..others are more just uncontrolled, or happy to lay off a cheap shot.. ..the big Setant' will look 'em in the eye as he does it..
