I'm in Perth also and alarmingly I don't think we are getting any telecast at all of next weeks game vs Collingwood.

Does anyone know the rationale as to why Foxtel would show the same game as FTA TV in Perth ? - ie last week both Foxtel and Ch 10 telecast Freo v Hawks...

I'm really starting to question why I have Foxtel - kinda hard to justify $70 per month to watch repeats of Sienfeld.

Its not that Foxtel show the free to air game but the other way round in the free to air provider showing the pay tv game. If a team from the local area is playing on foxtel, the free to air provider will also show it ie the Freo v Hawthorn game was the foxtel game, but ten also broadcast, instead of the Carlton game. Makes it hard for the Victorian clubs to have a lot of bargaining power with sponsors...

Understand....still it is pretty stupid. You would think the brain surgeons at Foxtel programming would have a bit of foward thinking as to what game the FTA was likely to want that weekend.
