Aker was on the new channel 7 footy show this morning, he said he had the same op as Juddy had and it took him 9 months to kick the ball over 50 meters.

I haven't even read the discussion or pros and cons, but geez, if only everyone's disposals counted like Judds we wouldn't be discussing the pros of yet another insipid performance. I'd take 5 possesions of Judd then 35 of Thornton.

You have to ask the question whether the injury is chronic? I don't know but looks awkward.

Logically I would bite the bullet and play Judd as a permanent forward for this year. Brad Jonson Role, perhaps? We are a forward short anyway and he will take the pressure off Fev.

Play him out of the goal square to break the tag and move Fev up the ground. Fev's delivery is as good as anyone's (probably why he chucks a tanty so often) and it must be hard for Juddy to reign himself in when he needs to be managing his workrate.

Just a thought...

Judd not at his best until August: Akermanis

Considering we will win a handful of games this year, we should rest Juddy till round 10 so that he can get himself right.

Yeah but with him playing in the centre, he takes the pressure away from our younger guns in Murphy, Gibbs & Co...........
