Play him out of the goal square to break the tag and move Fev up the ground. Fev's delivery is as good as anyone's (probably why he chucks a tanty so often) and it must be hard for Juddy to reign himself in when he needs to be managing his workrate.
He can't kick too far, but he might just introduce a bit of structure... might even help the guys up front with some blocking, crumbing, etc.
Try a box four with Fev and Fish across half forward and play Judd alongside Jake closer to home. Use Eddie as a bit of a workhorse between the two contests.
Need quick ball movement with this one though, so it will create a bit of congestion across the middle... When the flood is on (the classic defence to the box) there needs to be hard running to get deep, then lead up and create a bit of space out the back for the mid-sized players to contest the ball.
Just a thought...
