Last year when Carlton came to Perth, I went to a ticketing agency to get some seats and I actually got the last 2 GA tickets in the whole Subiaco stadium (worst seats ever couldnt see half the ground). This was 2 hrs after sales opened and it was a regular match. The match had no significance, whereas this time it is Judd's first game against the eagles!!

I am not a member, but does anyone know of a way to get tickets ie. through another carlton member who pass them on, or (from a fellow perthian) where the best avenue to obtain a ticket would be (perhaps through the club?).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I cant wait for me and a mate to be the only navy blue in a sea of eagles, and being the loudest and most rowdy supporters in the ground to stick it right up the eagles - not to mention get the chance to see my beloved blue baggers in action!!

There's more chance of the game being cancelled due to a blizzard than you and your mate being the only Blues fans there.

Perhaps that is the area you should be addressing?

is that a challenge? there is a small group of TC'ers who are heading over and i'm sure you'll be able to hear us from anywhere in the ground.

my advice would be sign up as an interstater and then trying buying through the club.

this has been covered numerous times

the club will send members a package 6 weeks out from the game and each member is RESTRICTED TO ONE TICKET ONLY and will need to be quick to snap it up

you have zero chance of a ticket any other way

haha - not literally of course.

If I lived in melbourne, I would have a membership for sure - but for one game a year its pretty exy

3000 seats are set aside for opposition members. After they have been put up for sale any unsold seats go to the general public. I can't see too many being left but what there is will be snapped up in a minute. As was said by a previous poster, if you want to guarantee a seat you should join up.

There will be a sell out to this game weeks before because we all want to say "Welcome back Juddy".

Try going through the club. Whenever I travel interstate I get my tix with the club, that way I'm guaranteed to sit with fellow supporters.
No harm in asking.
