Here are the number of rounds where teams have kicked less than 100 points against us since 2000.

And what year did Denis Pagan take over?-- 2003 me thinks. Huh that is interesting

2000-16
2001-16
2002-11
2003-5
2004- 7
2005- 2
2006- 5
2007-1 (Rnd 1 Richmond 98 points)

You could also post it as which year did SOS retire ( 2001 I think)

Yep, SOS beat his man game after game, year after year for his whole career.

Getting back to the point chelodina made, it is very clear that the retirements of certain players along with the poor gameplan executed under Pagan that we have been absolutely flogged during these years, not just losing.

Everybody here knows how much i hated Denis (still do) but he wasn't totally to blame.

We are gonna get some big scores kicked against us this year but it doesn't bother me all that much cause i look at Jamison and have faith. Sure, he'll have 5 kicked on him everynow and then but in a few years, he'll be one of the elite defenders in the AFL.

But what i am worried about is people like Waite. He could be an Awesome CHB but he does little things that will cost us. Like the attempted spoil the other night which he then went to ground leaving his man free to run to goal. Just silly stuff which makes it all the more harder to watch knowing that he's so bloody talented.

Setanta to Full Back / CHB will be good. We need him there!

But our defenders need some help too. Far to often, the reason there is so many inside50's is the lack of midfield presure. For @#$%&! sake boys TACKLE!

Perhaps we should've recruited Shannon Watt about three or four years ago.

It doesnt help that the midfield, Ruck - especially and forwards all deteriorated too. I agree with Ryan2000, like Jamison with a bit more experience.

That really pissed me off on Thursday night. There was no intensity in the tackling. Too many easy brush offs...
