If Fev thinks he could have a career in the NFL he is kidding himself. Fev has great problems being professional enough to avoid being sacked in the AFL, how does he think he will go in the cutthroat world of NFL?

Fev is just trying to up his next contract.

What would be great for Carlton is if they traded him, or de-listed him and put him in the draft because then the team can learn to not rely on him.

If Fev has a poor game, so does Carlton. We need to remove being a one dimensional side.

I hope our footy department is looking at the Geelong structure. They don't rely on one person to kick their goals. They lose Nathan Ablett and they will probably still win the premiership.

It really is a tough position we are in.

We have a guy capable of kicking big bags, drawing defenders so that other forwards get more opportunity's, and generaly someone the other players feel comfort in knowing he is there to kick to, and not to mention back them up.

The question is not weather Brendan Fevola can finally get it together, but can we get it together with him in the side?

We should learn from the past i.e. Whitnall. We waited and waited for him to become that CHF we all thought he could be and it didn't happen. If it doesn't happen this year for Fev then it will never happen while he is at Carlton. At the moment I wished Richo was playing for the Blues and not Fev.

In Pssst our mate Tony Jones bags the club for not making Fev face the Media over the window pissing incident. He highlihts how pure the filth were in making Didak face the media after his indiscretion last year.

That Jones makes me want to vomit.

Fev isn't the only player who gets drunk, so the club are just using a player who is a match winner and has trade value to make an example of.

Great work Swanny.

It helps when you can replace Ablett with another father son in Hawkins.

I was out on Fitzroy St last night with a very very drunk Richmond captain and a very very drunk leading Richmond spearhead.
The way both grabbed every woman in their sight was an absolute disgrace to witness. So drunk was the Richmond captain that the Richmond spearhead had to force him in a cab by himself at about 130ish.
Fev isnt the only one- the media are just obsessed with him.

Doesn't makeit right and any easier for the CFC. Maybe that is also why Richmond has been down for so long.

OK, I don't think anyone here will disagree that Fev was a complete idiot for doing what he did.

But what does that make KJ???? Does he even read the news?? Does he have any clue what industry he works in???

What was he thinking? :?

Too true.

I think Fevola helped cut Reds career down. I had Red earmarked for FF from about 23 onwards when his metabolism would really slow down.
I honestly thought he would become a mini Plugger....
