Wangers, if the guy shrinks any more, he'll be like Rick Moranis.

"Honey, I shrunk the flower"

Either that, or he'll just disappear up his own fundamental orifice with a puff of smoke, and a stench of sour grapes.

eddie mcguire corrected andy maher about a month ago. Andy said that gatto was a carlton supporter, and then eddie corrected him, saying all of the carlton crew were carlton supporters, but gatto was a collingwood supporter.

Gatto is part of the Carlton Crew but he barracks for Collingwood..

There are a lot of people in the Carlton Crew.. whilst many are Carlton supporters its not a exclusive... basically the Carlton Crew were a loose group of gangsters(some friendlier than others ) that came through the Carlton /Brunswick/Coburg area...but again... whilst the guts of the group is in that area ... its a loose alliance if sorts of people with the main Carlton Crew members as its nucleus...

I bet Eddie rushed to get that sentence out and arranged a photo shot for Gatto in Collingwood colours.

He really is back-peddling and really quite clueless (if we didn't already know that before).

Say your claim was true, how much damage would you create for Carlton?

Now if it wasn't, you're sending yourself up the creek without a paddle.

Well done Libba, shot yourself in the foot.

Libba backflip on tank claims

TONY Liberatore will back away from his claims that Carlton tanked last season when the AFL meets with him this week.

And the former Blues assistant coach said he was not paid for The Footy Show interview, saying he spoke out because he wants the system to change.

"If they say to me, 'Do you think Carlton tanked?', I would say, 'I don't think they did'." Liberatore told SEN yesterday.

The best thing will come out of all this when in the next couple of years. We'll all be considering which FONT we want our 17 tatooed in.

Whilst libba will be considering what type of urinal soap will be most absorbant at his new place of employment.

when hutchy asked him the same question, this was his response: "Personally, I'd say yes it is tanking."

on tfs i recall him saying how good a user of the ball he is (i might be wrong but im pretty sure he said that). anyway, he just couldn't work out that heath scotland was doing the exact same thing up the other end of the field, so to put a man on johnstone would probably have stopped scotland doing it too. and personally, i'd rather scotland kicking than johnstone.

i think it's pretty safe to assume libba won't be getting an assistant coaching job at an AFL club any time soon.

Quite apart from his pathetic judgment, the above shows the lack of understanding the misshapen gnome has about the game itself. No surprises he got the boot from the Blues, and will be lucky to coach an Auskick team pretty soon.

Really hope Swann and the blues don't get distracted by this 'nothing' Hutchy beat up.
Just everyone ignore it and don't get sucked in by the AFL media mafia. Pied piper stuff it is...
Rnd 1 is on our doorstep, let's focus on the that hey and let's all flip the bird at Hutchy Fatprick and co.

Libba is having a tough time of it lately. He's bagged his former club for no apparent reason, made an allegation that has no evidence moreso opinionated, that turned into a media frenzy cause journos are having a slow footy news day.

On top of all this Libba has separated from his mrs - does he need to see his shrink? I would have to think so

He looked to me a (small) man who needed a bit of attention, well if you want people to hear you Libba stand on a box

yeah i think hes confusing 'carlton crew' with 'carlton blues'

Condello was a Blue...

I think MR SHERRIN would know exactly...

But im 99.99999999999999999999999999999999% sure Gatto is a Magpie supporter....

People are getting things confused...

Carlton was/is Gattos patch... but not his footy club...
