I love the fact that The Spew, by his past actions and comments, HAS to come out and defend us.

Everything that Libba (who has to rate as probably the dirtiest player in the modern age) said can be refuted. The Club should indicate that while it isn't going to sue at this stage, it is going to investigate its legal options, and its options against anyone else who makes these claims against the club in the future. That should put the fear into some of those lowlife pricks who pretend they're journos.

Libbas credibility is directly related to the following question.........

Would he have made the same accusations and sat in the same chair last night if he was still employed as an assistant coach at CFC?

I suspect his need to have a conscience and cleanse his soul wouldn't be quiet as strong.

In the end it's just another small speed hump on the way to 17 and that's what the rest are afraid of.
