He chopped Cooney up yesterday, although Cooney didn't look like he was trying.

Cooney's not that good either.

And which pick was Cooney?

Was speaking to a bloke working at one of the sports stores at DFO Spencer Street today and he mentioned that he knew a few of the Bulldogs players. He said that his mates who played on Friday (didn't disclose who) were pretty impressed by the Blues younger players...

With Stevens out,...that would be the whole team wouldn't it?

Not sure Bannister is needed. You have listed Jackson in the side, surely he can tag? Pfeiffer can play a similar negating role down back and offers more to us when in possession. Not sure you can have Bannister, Armfield and Jackson in the same side. One of Bannister/Armfield should be replaced by Pfeiffer IMO.

Banno and Jacko are the two potential taggers with the biggest tanks and mobility - the other guys just don't have the capacity to run and run and run with the top players. Jacko might have more upside than Banno but Banno is still currently the bigger stronger option and he is capable of following an opponent to pretty much any position on the ground. I'm sure he will earn his keep.

Earlier on in the week my brother spoke to Ryan Griffiths who they were taking the practice match as a serious hit out.
