Lets be honest we have all made them from time to time, I am talking about predictions regarding carlton (or the players) we make but then turn out to be completely wrong and we look like a goose. If your lucky you havent bombarded all your mates with your thoughts and hence will be able to live them down some time in the next year, BUT often we get caught up in the passion that is footy and end up looking like a dill.

Here are some of mine:

2. "Im not sure that Williams for Minton connell is a wise trade"
3. "Captaincy will really suit Lance and improve him as a footballer"
4. "I think Christou will be a better player than Kouta" - made after both had played about 30 games
5."Tony Lynn is the barometer of Carlton" (94)
6. We are rebuilding but have the best coach (pagan) in the competition said during his first season.

There are many more and I consider myself to be an astute football judge

Jimmy Plunkett is small and slow, but so was Diesel. I reckon he could be almost as good"
