We need to find a way to beat the flood this year.

Thanks mate - I just saw a few words (its midnight after a few beers here)

Why so sensitive about Whitnall, if I may be so bold?

Anyway, Murph having a shocker. Kicks all over the shop.

HAMP RON!!!

Jammo has been good.

It's a pity he hasn't been promoted off the rookie list. We need him playing senior footy.

Hampson, Jamo and Pfeifer have been very good.

We need a few of things, a CHF, some pace and some roving nous.

Yeah, Murph is a bit sloppy today. But early in the season. He's allowed to. Stevo is well held at the moment. Very quiet. But I am liking what I see from Hampson. He is winning most of the ruck. Great kid.

Armfield is very composed for his age. Will be very good for us. So will Phieffer.

Hardly been sighted so far. Perhaps Ratts is rotating him on and off the bench a bit.

Kicking for goal MUST improve this year. We could be well ahead if not for some easy misses. Fev in particular needs to set the example. Looks out of sorts today.

Pfeiffer, Hampson (bar his kicking), Jamison and Armfield all impressive so far.

When he was good he was awesome. When he wasnt, he was fat. But I fell that he gave what he could when he could. He loved the club, he had bad coaching for the last 4 yrs of his career - getting him ot run 1 end to another was just imbecile

If we go down here, it's going to be one long season.

QFT! Especially the bad coaching bit .. would have been interesting to see play him under Ratts .. he hit his stride when he was playing with him!

Yep, much prefer the mistakes happen early on in the preseason so that it can be addressed for season proper.

Not unhappy to see some mistakes this early in the season.

Wonder if Fev will stay on for more target practice, or will he be taken off as per the initial plan (think he was only supposed to play a half)?

A good coach knows how to play to a players strengths.

Pagan had some sort of weird idea that Whitnall was more than Carey in that he thought he could play 2 positions at once.

Armfield, Ellard, Pfeiffer all doing some good things.

Pfeiffer should play a few this year.
