for my birthday yesterday i got a card from a mate........and he'd
cut that picture of the Murph of Murphs out.......and stuck it on
front.........Murph even said Happy Bee day to me on there.........!

he also went on to add........"we're not far away now mate......

Saw Rod Nicholson at training - he has certainly put a very positive spin on last Saturdays Training - and Murphy was definitely the standout - so he got that right.


Everything is certainly coming up roses for us lately - even when we are bad the media is writing good stories about us - my hasn't the wheel turned the full circle.

Its amazing how the recruitment of one star player and a sprinkling of young guns can do to the image of the club... With all the vast and mostly positive press coverage lately, it kind of seems like Carlton is returning to being one of the glamour clubs of the comp.. All we need to do is back this up with a vast improved onfield performance..
