I am thinking it's probably a new board member - the Pratt succession plan?

One of Fahour or Grollo or Harold Mitchell (though I think he is nearly as old as Pratt anyway) or some other big name.

didn't pratt say he wanted colin de lutis (not sure about the name exactly) as his successor when he first came aboard?

anyway, i don't think this is it either because any change of president would be a loss for us rather than a coup. unless pratt thinks what happened with visy is having a negative impact on carlton (which i highly doubt).
